Draft 2 changes the phrase <br /> "individual homeowners/lessees" to "individual homeowners". We believe that "lessees" is not <br /> necessary as the language already indicates that the properties are to be leased. Since it is not <br /> necessary to use the word, we would prefer to delete it in order to make it clear that this <br /> provision is not intended to apply to the special purpose entity which will hold the lease on the <br /> property. In addition, apartment renters will be lessees as well and this provision is not intended <br /> to apply to them. <br /> <br /> Thank you for your consideration of this amendment.
