SUBJECT: Approval of an Appropriation ordinance for the 2006
Workforce Investment Act Program
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
an Appropriation Ordinance for the 2006 Workforce Investment Act
Program.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
appropriation ordinance at its meeting on June 19, 2006, and
voted as follows:
AYES: F. Holschuh, D. Ikeda, V. Isbell,
B. Jacobson, G. Safarik, P. Hoffmann - 6
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: J. Arakaki, S. Higa, A. Pilago - 3
Accordingly, I am requesting that this appropriation ordinance be
included on the Council agenda for action at its July 7, 2006,
meeting.
