Subject: Support Resolution 381-06
Dear Council Members:
The purpose of this testimony is to express my support for the above Resolution 381-06 for the
following reasons (inter alia):
1) That Reso 381-06 is consistent with long term, planned growth for West Hawaii;
2) That the essence of the Reso 381-06 is to ecologically plan for growth;
3)That Reso 381-06 a represents a concerted effort to hold developers accountable on promises relative
to their development plans;
