Dear Honorable Councilmembers,
I regret that I cannot attend the committee meeting June 20, but I wish to express my support of
resolution No. 381-06. I believe passage of this resolution would show that the council is not only
hearing but is acting upon the concerns of the North and South Kona communities regarding the need
for a well-planned community. Our current process for approval of development is resulting in
horrendous impact on the quality of life in W. Hawaii.
