STOP Enough Already!!!!!!!!
How can we stop councilman Bob Jacobson from introducing
more of his unenforceable, counterproductive, senseless,
ridiculous, lacking any common sense, ineffective, costly,
misleading, hateful, versions of his animal control bills.
