In response to your letter dated January 6, 1998 regarding the subject communication:
1. The Department of Public Works (DPW) performed a "dedication field
inspection" that generated a punch list which was completed in accordance with
Chapter 23. The DPW then recommended dedication to Corporation Counsel.
2. The County is put on notice that the roadway remains in a flood area and maybe
required to repair the roadway if it is washed out by flooding.
