Angel Subject: Reso. 402-06 coutck Dear Council Members: It is extremely important to hold equal meetings in Kona as are held in Hilo. There is no excuse for Kona to not have equal representation. I strongly urge all council members to vote yes for resolution 402-06. The roads in Kona are terrible, the roads in Hilo are wonderful. The traffic in Kona is horrible, the traffic in Hilo is well managed and planned. The crime in Kona is terrible, Hilo has less crime. It's time the Council starts meeting in Kona and witnessing first hand the slight that Kona is experiencing. If the Council serves the entire island, then the Council should meet in Kona equal times as Hilo. People wishing to appear can then decide if the matter is important enough to drive to Hilo if necessary or if the matter can wait for the Kona meeting. By providing equal opportunity the public is properly served by the Council Members. Please vote yes for resolution 402-06. Sincerely, Connie Vohden Kahakai Estates Comm. No. Ref. To: Ref.
