Item No. 11 relating to Condition X: Delete "connector" and replace with <br /> "collector". <br /> "11. Makalei Drive is a "minor road" and will not be open to the public until the <br /> [senneeter] collector Road 4 is open for public use." <br /> 2. Condition PP: Second sentence of the last paragraph.
