SUBJECT: Bi11224, Draft 8
Hiluhilu Development, LLC
Attached for your review and consideration is Bi11224, Draft 8, which proposes following
amendments:
1. Item No. 11 relating to Condition X: Delete "connector" and replace with
"collector".
"11. Makalei Drive is a "minor road" and will not be open to the public until the
[senneeter] collector Road 4 is open for public use."
2. Condition PP: Second sentence of the last paragraph. Delete the word "shall"
and replace with "may".
"In lieu of paying the fair share contribution, the applicant [shall] may contribute
land and/or construct improvements/facilities related to parks and recreation, fire,
police, solid waste disposal facilities and roads within the region impacted by the
proposed development, subject to the review and recommendation of the Planning
Director, upon consultation with the appropriate agencies and approval of the
County Council."
