Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Re: Communication 594
At the request of Malcolm R. Saxby, he regretfully asks that
his nomination to the Hawaii County Planning Commission be
withdrawn.
Mr. Saxby has recently concluded a pending business venture on
the mainland, which will cause his absence for most of the
1998 calendar year.
As such, he and I agree that he will not be able to devote the
time necessary to serve on the commission.
A new nominee will be tendered very shortly.
