If building in above condition not provided, Hiluhilu Dev. will contribute $2,633,222 into DOE for Kealakehe Schools 5. No golf course. Instead....178 acres of open space, including 60 acres preservation of dry land forest and a 20 acre public park. 5. West-east connector road from Queen Kaahumanu Hwy to Mamalahoa Hwy. 6. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks along a 2 lane N-S connector road through the university's permanent campus site to Kaiminani Drive. 7. 200 affordable housing units.
