Revise Condition P to the requirements for obtaining a certificate of occupancy for <br /> the hotel to add posting of security for completion of the University Building under <br /> Condition EE <br /> 3 Revise Condition S from a maximum retail space of 65,000 squaze feet to 75,000 <br /> square feet before widening of the Queen Kaahumanu Highway under Phase II to provide <br /> the applicant more flexibility in its initial development to help in partially offsetting the <br /> cost of building Road 4 <br /> 4. Revise Condition U to allow the County more flexibility in deciding whether soccer <br /> fields or baseball fields should be built. <br /> 5. Revise Condition Xl to revise the road standard for the connection to Makalei Drive <br /> to minor street. This corresponds to the construction of Road 4 under Condition <br /> 6. Revise Condition X10(a) to delete the requirement that State land for the Road 4 right <br /> of way be acquired before occupancy permits or subdivision approval for single family <br /> residential is granted. The right of way acquisition for the other private owner remains. <br /> Under Condition X4, the County is responsible for acquiring the rights of way. <br /> 7. Revise Condition EE (3) on the University to increase the $3,500,000 cost of building <br /> and pazking limit to $5,000,000. Also revise EE (3) on approval of the bond or other <br /> security to assure construction of the UH building to add the Chancellor of HAW.CC as <br /> well as the Planning Director to the persons to approve that bond or other security. <br /> [STAGY -this addition okay with Hilhlu] <br /> 8. Revise Condition PP on fair shaze contributions to reinstate the provisions of draft 3 <br /> on satisfaction of parks and recreation condition and on satisfaction of the road condition <br /> by completing Roads 2, 3, 4, and 5. There was a modification changing Road 4A <br /> (portion through State land) to Road 4 (the entire road between the project and <br /> Mamalahoa Highway). Draft 3 provisions allowed for the level of regional <br /> improvements being made with this project, including the University contribution, <br /> regional pazk site and construction of Road 4. <br /> Comm.
