SUBJECT: Bill 224, Draft 9
Hiluhilu Development, LLC
Attached is Bi11224, Draft 9, which was amended at the council's July 7, 2006 meeting. Draft 9
amends condition PP:
Condition PP: Second sentence of the last paragraph. Delete the words
"parks and recreation" and "and roads", and add the word "and" between
"police" and "solid waste disposal facilities".
"In lieu of paying the fair share contribution, the applicant may contribute land
and/or construct improvements/facilities related to [parks cu3hetr] fire,
police, and solid waste disposal facilities [mod-reads] within the region impacted by
the proposed development, subject to the review and recommendation of the
Planning Director, upon consultation with the appropriate agencies and approval of
the County Council."
