A 61-year resident of Hawaii, Mr. Rho is currently employed as a senior associate at America's Choice. Not affiliated with any political party, if confirmed, he will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2010. Comm. 912: APPOINTMENT OF DARREN AH CHONG, EDDIE ALONZO, STEPHANIE BATH, W. GREGORY BRAUN, BARBARA LIVELY, B. MARTHA LOCKWOOD, JON OLSON, SHIRLEY PEDRO, ALAN RUDO, KIM TAVARES, FREDERICK WARSHAUER TO THE PUNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) STEERING COMMITTEE From Mayor Harry Kim, dated May 19, 2006, requesting confirmation of the appointments of the above individuals to the Puna Community Development Plan Steering Committee (CDPSC) for an 18-month term which would be extended if necessary to run parallel with the CDP process. The CDPSC will consist of 1 1 members who reside in the Puna District. Mr. Darren M. Ah ChonE is a 10-year resident of Puna and is presently a Realtor for Ala Kai Realty, Inc. Lively is a 20 year resident of Puna and is currently a Council Aide to Councilmember Bob Jacobson. Ms. B. Martha Lockwood is a 30 year resident of Puna and is an Office Manager for Geohazards Consultant International. Mr. Jon A. Olson is a 12 year resident of Puna and was previously self=employed in aquaculture. Ms. Shirley M. Pedro is a resident of Puna and is employed as an Office Clerkfor RichardLee-Ching, MD. Mr. Alan S. Rudo 1s a. five year resident of Puna and is currently an Insurance Agent with Prudential Financial. Ms. Kim D. Those testifying by videoconference from the Kona or Waimea Council Offices, should bring one copy of the testimony. Those persons unable to testify in person or by videoconference may submit testimony (1) by mail to the County Clerk's Office in Hilo at the above address, (2) by facsimile to (808) 961-8912, or (3) by e-mail to counciltestimony@co.hawaii.hi.us. Copies will be made and distributed at the meeting when transmitted in a timely manner. In any case, both oral and written testimony will be made a part of the public record. Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code}.
