I applaud the Council for considering any step which will
. unify the island's communities
. provide more citizens an understanding of our government
. create better access for constituents
. facilitate dialog
. modernize County government
Accepting this testimony by e-mail is one good example of how things have improved.
Providing state of the art video links between various locations on the island where the Council is in
session is a good use of budget resources and I thank the Council for investigating these.
