Dear Councilors,
Please, please allow the County of Hawaii to implement a new Charter Amendment
to Article VI Chapter 4, Section 6-4.3. Hawai'i Couuty Clmtcr (2000), relating
to Bifurcating the Planning Commission into an East Hawaii Planning Commission
and a West Hawai'i Planning Commission. All residents of Hawai'i will benefit, and
it will stream line the process. We need your support. It will save literally thousand
of tax dollars with this process. We ask you today, to vote for your district and make this
an island wise win situation, The residents of Hawai'i County will thank you for
generations to come,
