Dear Councilors,
Please, please allow the County of Hawaii to implement a new Charter Amendment
to Artiole VI Chapter 4, Section 6.4.3. Haweai'i Couuty Charter (2000), relating
to Bifurcating the Planning Commission into an East Hawai'I Planning Commission
and a West Hawai'I Planning Commission. All residents of Hawai'i will benefit, and
it will stream line the process. We need your support It will save literally thousand
of tax dollars with this process. We ask you today, to vote for your district and make this
an island wise win situation.
