SUBJECT: Extension of County Fuel Tax Program -Resolution 192
Second Draft
Attached is the second draft of Resolution 192, addressing the fuel tax extension,
inclusive of amendments. The only change to the original resolution is to clarify
the adoption date so that the effective date will be consistent with the lapsing of
the current tax program.
