McClure, P.E., dated June 19, 2006, providing preliminary ballpark cost estimates and their Administrative policy which states that demolition of the Hawaii County Building is not a viable option and recommends proceeding with its renovation plan. Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist {Article l5, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code}.
