SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Mayor or His Duly Authorized
Representative to Negotiate, Execute and Submit the
Necessary Application for the Renovation of a Caregiver and
Senior Resource Center in the County of Hawaii, the
Economic Development Initiative Funds Grant Agreement, and
Other Related Documents to the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted a
Resolution Authorizing the Mayor or His Duly Authorized Representative
to Negotiate, Execute and Submit the Necessary Application for the
Renovation of a Caregiver and Senior Resource Center in the County of
Hawaii, the Economic Development Initiative Funds Grant Agreement,
and Other Related Documents to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the resolution
at its meeting on July 31, 2006, and voted as follows:
AYES: J. Arakaki, S. Higa, F. Holschuh, D. Ikeda,
V. Isbell, B. Jacobson, A. Pilago,
G. Safarik, P. Hoffmann - 9
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: None
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on the
Council agenda for action at its August 23, 2006, meeting.
