To Whom It May Concern:
We are writing to support the proposed revised subdivision of property on
Kulana Kea owned by the Plant Mason Family Trust. We own property just
downhill and on the same side of the street as that property and plan to begin
building our home within the next two years. We understand that The Plant
Mason property was approved for subdivision and that the owners are now
wishing to down zone from 25 to 10 lots. As the nearest neighbors we would be
highly in favor of such reduced density. This would be more desirable so that
the area could retain its rural feel and so that there would be less impact on
the land. There is only a small two lane road and too many houses would not
only create more wear and tear on the land but create hazardous conditions at
many points on that road.
