Dear Council Members,
Please pass Resolution 381-06, to postpone Council Action on Rezoing
Applications in the Districts of North and South Kona.
Since the Kona Community Development Plan is scheduled to be completed
by the end of the year, the community deserves sincere respect for it's
efforts and it is simply pragmatic to wait for the plan before further
rezoning.
