Subject: SUPPORT 2% AND MAKE THE INITIATIVE PROCESS REFLECT VOTERS CLEAR INTENT
The democratic process of initiative has been abused by the County Clerk's office, through obstruction of citizens
trying to get the "2% solution" on the ballot.
Please support voters who want a say in county government.
First, do what ever it takes to get the "2% solution" back on track - a resolution to put it on the ballot, or an
ordinance to make it law.
Second, initiate necessary actions to ensure that this abuse never happens again.
