Subject: Resolution No. 187-97 authorizing sale of Road Remnant
Dear Councilman Chung:
I represent Inventure Development, Inc., the applicant for the purchase of road remnant
which is the subject of Resolution No. 187-97, a copy of which is attached. The resolution was
considered at the Finance Committee at its December 2, 1997 meeting but was deferred. I
believe the deferral was to allow Councilman Yagong time to look into the matter. On January 5,
1998 I attempted to contact Councilman Yagong but we missed each other. Mr. Yagong did,
however, leave a telephone message indicating that he had visited the site and had no concerns.
It is requested that Resolution No. 187-97 be placed on the next available agenda of the
Finance committee and that your staff inform me of the meeting date. Your favorable
consideration of the resolution is also requested.
