SUBJECT: A Resolution Initiating an Interim Amendment to Ordinance 05-
25, the County of Hawaii General Plan, Relating to General Plan
Amendment Procedures
Attached for your review and consideration is a resolution directing the planning
director to conduct a feasibility study relating to streamlining the interim amendment
procedures set forth in Ordinance No. 05-25, the County of Hawaii General Plan, and to
make recommendations to the planning commission who shall make recommendations
thereon to the council with 60 days of the transmittal date of the resolution.
