Subject: Comm. 953 (Bill 305) - Rezoning Request (Ivan Mochida)
TMK: 2-2-36: 102 and 103
At your meeting of July 21, 2006, the Committee deferred the subject matter to
give the applicant the opportunity to examine alternative schemes of the project and to
review public comments to date on this matter.
Please be informed that the applicant will need another month or so to complete
its analysis of this matter. As such, it respectfully requests that this measure be deferred
until the Planning Committee at its first meeting in October. Hopefully prior to that time,
the issues can be adequately addressed.
