SUBJECT: Resolution Transferring Funds (District 5)
Discretionary funds from District 5 will be used to supplement funding for a study on the
feasibility of constructing a wastewater treatment facility serving Kapoho Vacationland Estates
and Farm Lots, Kapoho Beach Lots and public restrooms at the Wai O Pae Marine Life
Conservation District within Kapoho Vacationland Estates. This appropriation will be
administered by the Department of Environmental Management.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $50,000.00 from the Clerk-Council
SVC-Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
