RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY/Juniper Adler and Progressive Insurance Company .
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai' i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County
Council on a claim submitted by Juniper Adler and Progressive Insurance Company on
behalf of Juniper Adler. We ask that this case be put on the council's agenda at its
