Dear Hawaii County Council Environment Committee members, Please, NO INCINERATION!
We don't want to breathe dioxins, pay the incinerator even when we run out of garbage to
feed it, and deal with inevitable breakdowns. Let's move towards zero waste by reducing,
reusing, and recycling. Mahalo!
