SUBJECT: Resolution Transferring Funds ($28,035.00), Draft 2
Draft 2 of this funds transfer resolution deletes reference to a contribution from Council
Member Holschuh and revises the contribution by Council Member Pilago to include the
amount previously committed by Council Member Holschuh (Council Member Pilago's
contribution is adjusted from $28,035.00 to $37,380.00).
Discretionary funds from District 9 will be used by the Council Services Division of the
Office of the County Clerk to hire additional personnel and purchase new equipment, in
order to implement the new meeting schedule adopted by Council Resolution No. 402-06,
Draft 4. Resolution No. 402-06, Draft 4 provides that effective January 1, 2007, the
County Council shall hold an equal number of Committee and Council meetings in East
Hawaii and in West Hawaii.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds ($28,035.00) from the
Legislative Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
