Resolution 435-06, Draft 2, reflects deletion of the number 5t' and 6th "Whereas" paragraphs that
inadvertently listed other Council Members' discretionary fund contributions. Resolution No. 435-06,
Draft 2, is submitted to address and satisfy any potential sunshine law issues which may arise in its
original format.
