We would like to share with you the measures we took to minimize fugitive dust from the Kailua-
Kona green-waste site.
Please see enclosed pictures:
New 12 feet high by 100 feet long dust fence across the front of the facility was built.
We met with Major Dawrs from the Police Department and he seems to be content with the fence
results.
Water spraying directly at the tub-grinder's output conveyor belt with 2 1/2" fire hose with spray
nozzle.
Water spraying at front gate to minimize dust caused by traffic going in and out of the facility.
Also we are more careful observing the wind direction before we start grinding.
