Housing Requirements Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the
Housing Code and Approving the Agreement Executed on
July 14, 2006, by and Between TSA Corporation and the
County of Hawaii to Comply with Hawaii County Coder
Chapter 11, Housing
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution accepting the dedication of the parcel described as
TMK: 7-3-009:055 to satisfy the affordable housing requirements
pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 11,
Housing, and approving the agreement executed on July 14, 2006,
by and between the TSA Corporation and the County of Hawaii to
comply with Hawaii County Code, Chapter 11, Housing.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
Resolution as amended at its meeting on September 6, 2006, and
voted as follows:
AYES: F. Holschuh, D. Ikeda, V. Isbell, B. Jacobson,
G. Safarik, P. Hoffmann - 6
ABSENT AND EXCUSED:
J. Arakaki, Absent, S. Higa, A. Pilago
Accordingly, I am requesting that this Resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its September 20, 2006, meeting.
