Re: Kailua Kona Village Development Pedestrian Easements
Transmitted herewith for the Council's approval is a resolution accepting the
Declaration of Public Access Pedestrian Easements from Kailua Kona Village
Development Group, LLC, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii
County Charter.
Also attached are nine copies of the map with the subject easements highlighted
in yellow.
