RE: Bill 299, Draft 2 (Applicant: Seascape Development, LLC)
(An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 04-106, Which Reclassified Lands From
Agricultural 5-Acres (A-5a) to Multiple Family Residential - 4,000 Square Feet (RM-4)
at O`oma I", North Kona, Hawaii, Covered by Tax Map Key 7-3-010:051 (Formerly
7-3-010:Portion of 3)
Attached for your consideration is Bill 299, Draft 2 that corrects a typographical error brought to the
attention of the Council Members at the September 7, 2006 County Council meeting.
The correction was made to renumbered paragraph O on page 6 that discusses fair share contribution.
Bill 299, Draft 2, deletes reference to Condition "P" in the second to the last sentence of renumbered
paragraph "O", and replaces it with the letter "O", and reads in part, as follows:
" IP.]0. However, the total amount shall be increased or reduced in proportion with
the actual number of units according to the calculation and payment provisions set forth
in this Condition [P]O.
The material to be deleted is bracketed and new material is underscored. Your consideration is
appreciated. Should there be any questions, please feel free to call.
