JUNE 2006
From Police Chief Lawrence K. Mahuna, dated July 17, 2006, transmitting the above
report of missions conducted on June 13-14, 2006 in East Hawaii and on June 15,
2006 in West Hawaii pursuant to Res. 46-01. The report indicates the number of
plants eradicated and the number of complaints received, the type of complaint and
the complaint disposition.

Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five
days of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code}. A lobbyist means
"any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month
or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative
action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section
