RE: Transfer of Discretionary Funds r Fiscal Year 2006-2007
Discretionary funds from District 8 will be used to fund the Kealakehe High School United States
Army Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) program's participation in a 3-day
"Adventure Team Challenge" at Schofield Barracks in December 2006, as well as the "Kings Guard
Drill Competition" in April 2007, two major JROTC events held on the Island of Oahu.
Enclosed please find a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $4,000.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC
Contingency Relief account, to the following account(s) and project(s):
