Cooper of Council District 2 to the County <br /> of Hawai'i Environmental Management Commission. Mr. Cooper is a 70-year <br /> resident of Hawai'I who is retired. He is the former CEO of Bay Clinic, and from <br /> 2002 to 2005, was the president of W.H. Shipman, Inc. Prior to that he did <br /> consulting work for Eleu Hilo, Inc. Mr. Cooper is a trustee of the Herbert <br /> Shipment Foundation, a board member of the Arc of Hilo, and co-chair of the <br /> Peanut Butter Ministry. <br /> <br /> Mr. Cooper states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
