Arakaki, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> FROM: John Santangelo, Chairman I <br /> Hawaii County Housing Agency <br /> I <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii Count Council <br /> Renovations to Ali'i Kai Apartment Complex <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has <br /> submitted to the :Hawai'i County Housing Agency (HCHA) a <br /> resolution approving the Ali'i Kai Apartment Complex renovations <br /> as a government-assisted project pursuant to Hawaii Revised <br /> Statutes Chapter 201E authorizing the County of Hawaii to exempt <br /> general excise ta:x and real property taxes. <br /> The HCHA has revilewed and approved the resolution at its meeting <br /> of October 21, 1997.
