the exchange of interests of real properties in Waimea between 1) the county
and George A. Magoon, Il, and 2) the county and the Roman Catholic Church, to
move the respective boundary lines for the county's Waimea Trails and
Greenways Project.
Also enclosed are nine colored maps outlining the subject boundaries.
