Re: Capital Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance adding the Kealakehe Sewage Effluent
project for $4,500,000 to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project have
lapsed but project is still incomplete. Funds must be reappropriated to
continue this project.
The Department of Public Works requests that this bill go directly to Council as
it is holding up a contract pending this reappropriation.
