SUBJECT: MARIJUANA ERADICATION MISSION FOR THE MONTH OF
SEPTEMBER, 2006
The Hawaii Police Department conducted a marijuana eradication mission on September
18-19, 2006, in East Hawaii and on September 20, 2006, in West Hawaii.
As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated
and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the
complaint disposition are attached.

Caller reported that helicopters were flying over subdivision for about one hour before leaving the area
about 10 minutes prior to calling.

Eradicated marijuana plants from neighboring subdivision.

Immediate Action Taken:
None taken because helicopters had left the area prior to call received.
Comments:
Helicopters did not fly over caller's residence but caller thought we were flying over Ainaloa
Subdivision. Helicopters were eradicating marijuana plants from adjoining Orchidland Subdivision.
