Aloha County Council
I urge all of you to defer all concurrency bills to the Mayors office to craft this bill.
I do not believe the Planning Department should have final say on this matter. They are appointed and could care
less about what people think or say. They also have too much on their plate.
The voters are giving their elected representatives the say in any concurrency bill, not the Planning commission
