<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> August 23, 2006 <br /> <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> <br /> RE: Support for Bill No. 309 (Amendment E-4) <br /> <br /> Dear Chair Higa, Vice Chair Isbell and members of the County Council. <br /> <br /> I am in support of Jacoby Development's plans for a mixed use marina. 1 have <br /> been in the outdoor recreation field and sport fishing industry for most of my <br /> career. <br /> <br /> This community has asked for and needs an expanded marina for several <br /> decades.
