Many thanks to Council Mar,,, , ! Chung for the introduction of
Resolution No. 179-97, which urges ii;: ;irate DOT and the FAA to advance
noise mitigation techniques at Hilo lr~-•:n.:ttional Airport. Citizens Against
Noise fully supfwrts this measure.
The first and most importa~^' noise-mitigating effort far Hilo
