AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 06-79, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2007.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 06-79, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3303.91 Federal Grants -State Homeland Security Program General $ 800,000
3303.92 Federal Grants -Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program 300,000
3303.93 Federal Grants -Citizen Corps Program 38,582
Total $ 1,138,582
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to
the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:
