AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 06-80, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 2006 TO JUNE 30, 2007
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 06-80, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
East Hawaii Traffic Calming Improvements CIP $30,000
(110.399.5395.30)
SECTION 2. Funds for this projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $30,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources (Contingency Relief)
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
