This bill is modeled after and is similar to Ordinance No. 00-125 passed by the Council on November 17, 2000 in the wake of the flooding that occurred on November 1 and 2, 2000. I ask that this be considered at the special council meeting on October 24, 2006, in order provide needed assistance to our citizens.
