Request: RS-10 to MCX-20; Tax Map Key: 2-2-35:63
Attached for your consideration is Bill 334, Draft 2 that sets forth an amendment proposed by Planning
Director Chris Yuen at the Committee on Planning meeting held on October 18, 2006, and is being
submitted "by request."
Bill 334, Draft 2 adds a new Condition E relating to building height restrictions and re-letters the
remaining conditions. New Condition E, shall read as follows:
The height of any structure on the project site shall be limited to thirty-five (35)
feet."
The remaining Conditions shall be re-lettered as follows:
Original Conditions "E" through "M" shall now read as Conditions "F" through "N."
