Waste Reduction Facility Design-Build-Operate
Monthly Update - October l9, 2006
¦ Solicitation and Contract Document Preparation
R.W. Beck Inc. and Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP finalized the Stage 2 RFP
and Draft Service Contract and Issued the Documents to the Short-listed
Proposers on October 16, 2006.
¦ Presentations and Workshops
The Pre-proposal conference with the Short-listed Proposers will be held at the
Project site at a time to be determined by the team.
¦ Project Schedule
The contract execution date is anticipated to be May/June 2007.
¦ Action Items and Responsibilities
o R. W. Beck Inc. and Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP will respond to
questions from the Short-listed Proposers and plan and schedule upcoming
meetings as necessary.
¦ Upcoming Milestones /Dates
o Late November/Early December -Pre-Proposal Conference
o February 16, 2007 -Stage 2 Proposal Submittal Date
o May/June 2007 -Anticipated Contract Execution Date
